problems with ht Trac, maybe I need another program?

I wanted to download these commentaries and notes for offline browsing but ht Trac stops at the parent directory and leaves the links as internet links.

In other words it duplicates what you are looking at but stops there...

I want to be able to view all of the sub links offline... is there a better program or am I just missing something?
