Problems with Honest Hearts

So I just bought the DLC and it's not letting me enter the northern passage to start the quest. All I see when I get there is a red exclamation point. Blocking me form going any further. Can anyone help? If i e-mail valve it will take forever to get a reply.

Got mods installed? Try disabling all your mods to see if that's the problem, then narrow it down.
