Has anyone had any serious problems returning their purchases on Half.com?
In February I bought a refurbished Olympus 35mm camera through Half.com. When it arrived, the camera had 2 serious problems. Now, almost 3 months later, I have neither my camera, nor my money back (yet). Customer service does not seem to be a word which the folks at Half.com are familiar with. Half.com's on-line help is worthless, and I only found out about their phone number when I was called by the seller who were surprised to get their p.o.s. camera back. If I do get my camera back, and something is wrong with it again, they'll probably tell me my 90-day warranty has run out.
