I recently bought a Gygabyte GA-7VAX to put it up with an amd athlon xp
2100+ and DDR ram from crucial DDR333 and lwhen I turn it on it does not
get to the bios because of the little ram-led light on the motherboard.
The motherboard turns on and the cpu fan and hard drive but the only
thing that i see unusual is that little light that says ram-led. It
stays on, but it will not give me a signal to the monitor.
I only bought one stick of DDR RAm and I've heard somewhere that is
necessary to have two sticks of ddr in order for the computer to boot up
propperly is this true?
Please i will greatly apreciate the help ..
I wanna finish this system!!!
Thanks
