problems with Geforce2mx400 and TVOUT

i have an agp cardexpert geforce2mx 400 64mb with Tv-out. I have the s-video connected to my Television. I boot up and go to the twinview tab. It only detects my monitor and if i click detect..it doesnt find anything. when i hit video on my tv the screen looks all grey and fuzzy. any ideas?
