hey there, I'm fairly new to this networking thing so maybe some of you cna help me out...
I've just gotten Cox Cable. I've got a motorola SB4200 modem and a microsoft wireless router (I won the router in a contest otherwise i probably would have gone with netgear.)
I've been unable to set up an FTP server or get my webcam to work.
My main concern is with the webcam (Dlink C100 Clear). I would like to use http://tv.earthcam.com to broadcast to friends/family but i cant get it to work. It will connect to earthcam, but no image will load on the webpage. I've tried disabling the firewall on the router. I've also tried using the port forwarding but i have had no luck. If any of you can offer advice, or have had similar experiences, please help me!
