Problems with FIC AN11 motherboard. Won't post

The damn computer keeps on beeping long beeps. I've read online that when it does that, then either there's no power (all the fans run), a card is loose, (there's only the AGP video card), or something shorted. I even took out the whole motherboard unit and placed it onto cardboard and still the same damn thing. The computer work the day before now and it doesn't even POST at all. It just has that stupid long beeping on and off. Also, you might wanna know that the metal end of the video card was touching the motherboard on it's side. The case it a little bent on the AGP slot and the metal part of the video card was touching the MB's side when it was powering up. BEFORE, there were no problems. Until my frined shut it down, now he starts having problems.
