Problems with Epson Stylus 760 color! ! !

Our Epson 760, which was a very good printer until now, suddenly developed problems with color printing. Sometimes the page is almost totally hot pink and sometimes only green and yellow with pink stripes. I have used the cleaning utility which did not help. Could this be a software problem? Any suggestions are appreciated. :disgust:
