Problems with DVD playback on PNY GeForce3Ti200

I just got a new GF3Ti200 from PNY and for some reason, my DVD-Rom isn't playing my DVDs anymore. I'm using Ravisent DVD Player. It was pre-loaded when I bought my PC back in 99. I used to have a Voodoo3 3000. I'm running all this on P3 500mhz WinME 384mb RAM
I've tried Interactual and it plays for like, 2 secs and then just hangs there.
Any ideas why?
