Problems with DivX/XviD playback on random AVIs

Hey everyone, I have some scrubs episodes that don't work on my XBOX 360. The rest of them work (seasons 1-4 are fine, half of season five works, all of season six works). Why aren't these episodes working? I encoded them in DivX and XviD but neither are working?

Try using gspot to see what differences there are between the working and non-working ones.

The FOURCC code is DX50. DX50 doesn't work on XBOX 360, right?

The 360 supports DX50 (Divx 5). It doesn't support earlier versions though.

My problem is similar. I have alot of old .avi and most of my newer stuff is .mkv and .ogm. I wish there was an easy way to convert all this stuff.

Would it have anything to do with the FPS that it is at?
