Problems with DFI board

I just got my DFI Lanparty UT nf3 board. Ive tried installing windows on 2 dinfrent hard drives and each time the installation freezes. I have also tried running a cd version of linux and i couldnt get into the OS. The weird thing is i had a problem similar to this one with my msi board. And my CD drive seems to work fine on other systems. I dont understand what is causing this.

I would try changing the memory timings and voltage before installation. Some boards are undervolted slightly, and bumping up the voltage to 2.6 or 2.7 might work, if your board supports it. I would also use just one stick.
