problems with custom pc

hi guys this will be my first thread so dont disown me i sound stupid! jk

ok i just finished building a new pc the specs are as follows
3.0 800fsb
9600xt vc
1 gb geil ram
gigabyte mb 848p
and raidmax case
sata 160gb

my problem is that when i try to turn it on it turns on for 5 seconds and then turns off
the vry first time i turned it on it stayed on with everything powered up for maybe 10 secs than it turned off and after that it wont stay on for more than 5 secs so please help me
