Problems with CD-RW

I have a CD-RW on a Dell Latitude, that isnt supported. I've reloaded the computer before and similar ones like this at work, because thats all we use. And normally everything works fine, but this one computer wont recognize the "drive". It can still play DVDs and play regular CDs. But Easy CD creator wont recognize it. Drivers are installed correctly

Sounds like the computer has no problems recognizing the cd-rw since you can play DVDs and regular CDs. The problem appears to be related to the burning software not recognizng the ASPI drivers. Try installing the latest ASPI drivers or try another burning software like Nero (trial version is available for a quick testing). Nero has its own aspi drivers installed so all you have to do is install and run the program.
