Problems with BoxLight LCD Projector

I have a BoxLight and it recently developed a problem. I can't get any signal on any source, the only thing it displays is vertical multi-color lines. I checked out the connections and everything looks good. I have seen the same problem on a regular LCD monitor but never found what was causing it. Any information would be helpful.
