Problems with ATI AIW Radeon installation?

Guide plus (TV software that comes with it) lockes system when I try to install it. It happened 3 times. The first was after is asked me to specify the sound connection between the sound card and video card. The second time it happened before that, while it was setting the chanels that I get on cable and the last time it happened as soon as I clicked on the guide plus icon.

Please someone help?

Still no good, there wasn't anything there on software issues. Is this for sure a software issue? (I got WebTV that comes with win 98 to work but there is no sound, how to I get sound from the vid card to the audio card?). I don't even know what could cause the problem, to know where to start, is it a compatability issue, or win98 issue or what?

do you have the short a/v out cable connected from AIW to sound card line in? right click on speaker in lower right,open volume controls. make sure line in is not muted and slider is up. if line in is already in use,you may be able to use the TAD input.

Thanks, I have my audio problem fixed but by video problems are getting worse. The screen froze while running with Windows webTV, so it must not be the ati tuner software but something else. It froze to a grey screen but I could still here the sound. (During all these lockups I have to restart. How bad is that for windows to keep shuting down improperly? Help?
