Problems With Apacer Internal Card Reader

I Have an Asus A8N-E and an Apacer Embeded Card Reader/Writer and it worked fine on my old computer(ASUS A7N8X Deluxe) but on my new mother board it slows the boot process to a crawl 20 minutes to get to get to detecting IDE and SATA Drives. it came shipped with BIOS 1008 I updated the BIOS to 1013 thinking that was the problem and it still does it. The Card reader plugs into an internal USB Header and it follows the intel FPIO Standard Just like ASUS So I don't see why it should not work. I plugged it into the header why the windows was running and it works still so its not the card reader and reads/writes to a compact Flash card (The only type Of card I have handy right now it does SD Compact Flash Memory Stick Memory Stick Pro Etc) I tried all settings in the BIOS as it says a Remoable USB Device is a IDE HDD Same with my San Disk Cruzer Mini So I can't Disable that as it will not allow my HDDs to boot any one have any clues as to why's freezing the boot process? Thanks and Sorry for the Long Post
