Problems with an old TV out on a TNT

I have a old TNT video card and I just put it in my crappy computer just to use the TV out from it. I used the newest nvida drivers, but for the life of me I can't get the dam TV out to work. It is in the menu but I just can't select it. (yes it is plugged into the tv). Can anybody help?
 
There are some other option boxes you have to check, there's a resolution limit, and when the TV is selected the monitor will be disabled.
