Problems with an old EPoX 8KTA3+

I'm running an EPoX 8KTA3+ that's a couple years old. However, it's not posting or displaying any information to the monitor. The LED Diagnostic reads out a "52". According to the manual, a "52" means:

1. Initialize all ISA ROMs.
2. Later PCI initializations. (PCI BIOS only)
- assign IRQ to PCI devices.
- initialize all PCI ROMs.
3. PnP Initialzations. (PnP BIOS only)
- assign IO, Memory, IRQ & DMA to PnP ISA devices.
- initialize all PnP ISA ROMs.
4. Program shadows RAM according to Setup settings.
5. Program parity according to Setup setting.
6. Power Management Initialization.
- Enable/Disable global PM.
- APM interface initialization.

Now, what does all that mean? What can I do to try to get this working again? I've tried all the basics(removing all unneccesary hardware, trying different DIMM slots, resetting CMOS, etc)

If anyone has any ideas, please let me know. Thank you!
