I purchased this card due to all the good reviews it got. I never expected to have any problems but I have had a lot of problems with interference first in the form of horizontal lines running from top to bottom at all times. I was told by Ati tech support to get an exchange and I did, the replacement card had the same problem ,after several more calls to Ati tech support and a hefty long distance phone bill I was told I would get a warranty replacement card direct from Ati that had been fully tested to assure it didn't have this same problem, the replacement card they sent me didn't have the problem with interference in the form of horizontal lines at last I thought I had gotten my moneys worth. A few weeks later when I tried using the tv and video in feature of the AIW I discovered that when in either of these modes there is now interference in the form of diagnol lines from left to right or right to left. I submitted a warranty claim at Ati.com they e-mailed me an rma number I sent the card back with a verry detailed description of the problem in a little less than two weeks I got a replacement card from Ati tech support and a note stating that the card I sent them back ( the one they sent me as a warranty replacement and had supposedly tested to ensure there was no problems with interference) was in fact defective. I installed the second replacement card and I find that the problem with interference when in tv and video in modes is the same if not worse than the one I had sent them back. If anyone reading this has had a similar problem please respond , could there be a lemon law that applies here I mean this is the freaking fourth card with this type of problem please respond if you have any suggestions.
