Problems with AC'97 SPDIF

The Internal Audio card included with the P4G8X-Deluxe is giving me a headache. I get no sound from the analog plug-ins (microphone, line-in, line-out) and I only get delayed sound out of the SPDIF outputs. I have a digital coax cable connected to Boston Digital BA735 Speakers. I have a clean hard drive so the only drivers on it are that which came with the board. I know this might be a bit too much info, but everylittle bit helps.

Can someone please direct me to a place where I can download the newest drivers for the Audio Card. Thanks
ASUS tech help wasn't very helpful.

AC'97 would be Cmedia and you can get the latest drivers from HERE
