Hello all. I bought a JetDirect print server for my HP LaserJet 4 printer, and am having problems. I finally figured out why it wouldn't establish a physical connection, and now at the next stage, getting an IP, I am having even more problems.
Basically, I am getting the error "02 : LAN ERROR - INTERNAL LOOPBACK". Also, under tcp/ip status it says "BOOTP/DHCP in progress" and gets stuck there. Right now - it is just plugged directly into a linksys router. Anyone know what I'm doing wrong, or any special settings on the router I need to enable?

EDIT :
Ok, DCHP init complete. It got an ip of 192.0.0.192 where my server is giving out ips of the form 192.168.1.* Also, the gateway is listed as 192.0.0.192 as well 😕 Of course, I still have the "Internal Loopback" error.
