Problems with 400FSB CPu and 333mhz RAM...

Will there be any problems between a 400FSB processor (Athlon 3200 XP) and 333mxz RAM (pc2700)?? Thanks!

That probably depends on your motherboard. I have 2 mobo's:
Main: while I was setting it up and testing, I would have the RAM run at 400 MHz, while the cpu was running at 333 FSB.
Secondary: the cpu runs at 333 FSB, while the RAM runs at 400 MHz.
