Problems w/ Win2k ATI TV Wonder PCI

I've installed ATI's new beta drivers and my card seems to pick up/tune in the video just fine, but the sound doesn't work correctly. If I turn the volume on everything all the way up I can barely here the sound and it was playing very scratchy. I am using an Nvidia TNT2 video card, but I've of others getting the sound working correctly w/ this card.
