I just recently installed Win2K on my home pc and have noticed that sometimes when I double click an icon on the desktop or select an application from the start menu, nothing happens. If I look in Task Manager I can see the EXE for the application I started, but I can not see the application. I also have noticed that sometimes when I select Log Off or Shutdown, it can take 5-10 minutes to process the shutdown.
One of the applications I am having trouble with is Quicken Deluxe 2000.
My system specs:
P3-600 @600 w/retail cooling
Tyan Trinity 400 S1854 motherboard
128 MB RAM
I have no idea what is happening, and hope someone can shed some light on this. Thanks.
