Problems W/ My 9500 Pro

I just installed my new 9500 pro card and everythings working fine, except for this annoying glitch in seemingly every single FPS. Whenever I seem to pan the screen, it looks as though the graphics are tearing, so to speak. I think it's called clipping, but I'm not positive. I know it's a software issue, because in one game I was able to type a certain code which made the problem stop. Every seems to think it's VSync, but that's on application preference (only other option besides off). My refresh rate is also around 75-85khz so that isn't the problem either.

I had this problem with my GTS as well. If you could help me out I'd be grateful.

It does sound like vsync needs to be on if you don't like the tearing. You can enable that in most games.
I would recommend the Omega_drivers. They are optimized versions of the ATI's and will give you more options. They solve a lot of problems for a lot of people, especially with ATI cards. I use them for my nvida card and love them.

Then you must be using older drivers; upgrade to the latest Catalyst 3.1s and you'll get a new "always on" option.
