Problems setting up DI-524 AP

So I've tried adding this DI-524 to my current router. The AP is pulling an IP of 192.168.1.101 (according to my Linksys router), so I tried going to the address, but I get time out errors. I also can't ping the address.

I afterwards tried just using the DI-524 as my only router, but even after resetting both the router and modem, I get the time out error when trying to access 192.168.0.1 as directed in the installation manual. What is the problem here, and what can I do so that I can set up this AP, preferably under the Linksys?

Reset the router. There is a small pin-like switch at the back of the router that you can poke with a toothpick. Hold it for 30 seconds and release. Then login as user:admin pass: (nothing). Also make sure to connect internet to the router and the router to the computer 😉. After that you should be able to connect to the DI-524's default settings.
