problems running dual monitor

I have a BIOSTAR TA785A2+ mobo, MSI N250GTS Twin Frozr video card and running windows7. I am trying to use my old DELL E153FP and an INSIGNIA NS-LCD15 LCD TV, connecting them to the N250GTS with 2 DVI-VGA adapters. The problem is that only one of my monitors work and the other one does not receive a signal, and the same thing happens when I switch the monitors around. I have tried changing the settings in the NVIDIA control panel and display settings but haven't found a solution yet. Any help would be appreciated, thank you.

Solved. Both monitors are now working, I had the wrong DVI-VGA adapter, thanks for the help

When you swap the connections between the two monitors, does the problem follow the monitor (i.e. the same screen never gets a picture) or does it happen on any monitor connected to a specific plug on the video card? Also, did you try swapping the DVI-VGA adapters to make sure it's not a problem with one of the adapters?
