Problems removing worms from Java Cache

Ez Trust is having troubles removing these files:

D:\Documents and Settings\***\.jpi_cache\jar\1.0\archive.jar-7aa72b25-4d31a290.zip>RunString.class - Java.Shinwow trojan.

Number of infected files not cleaned/deleted/renamed: 39
First 10 files:

And every time Ez Trust deletes these:

D:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Documents\OPEN_ME.exe - Win32.Spybot worm. Deleted.

They only show up again after the next scan (with system recovery off).

hmm. You can turn off Java Cache by using the Java Plug-in that's in your control panel. You can also 'clear' the cache.
