Problems putting songs on mp3 player

I have a Creative Muvo N200 and whenever I try to put songs on it, I get this message "Cannot copy: The directory or file cannot be created". It was working perfectly before, but now it doesn't work at all. What's going on?
 
I dont think it even has a write protect switch..on the mp3 player itself..

Could there be a sort of 'usb write protect'?
