When I try to reboot my computer either by going "Start then restart" or by just hitting the restart button on the case the computer just goes into sleep mode

I have a Msi K7t-Turbo 7 and T-bird 1 gig

Need help its pissing me off
 
I have sort of a same issue which only occurs when I oc the fsb any...

yours may be related to the batch of northbridge chips (can't remember the codes on them)....I would RMA the board.
 
I would agree. If the restart button is doing it as well, then it sounds like a mobo problem. RMA it.
 
what exactly does RMA mean?

Awe crap I have had this board for a while and have no idea where my receipt is.
