Problems printing via HTTP

Update, looks like they may be using VPN to print. I think I am just going to setup remote admin and let them configure the thing themselves. If anyone could help in the mean time it would be greatly appreciated.
 
Well, HTTP printing goes over port 80. A VPN can be a number of different things, PPTP is port 1733. Remote desktop would be port 3389.

Depending on the netopia you have, that could be either very difficult or very easy to set up.
 
What kind of VPN? Do you know if the netopia was configured as the VPN endpoint or was it just setup for VPN passthrough?
