Problems playing video on SMT5600 phone.

I can't really seem to get my SMT5600 to play videos that I've encoded for it. I use windows movie maker, and choose the pocket pc profile yet my phone won't play the files. Infact it won't seem to play with any of the other profiles you can choose in windows movie maker.

I have Windows Media Player 10 Pocket and TCPMP player installed on the phone.

Any ideas?

Any suggestions for other programs I could use to encode videos for my phone?
