Problems playing NBA Live games w/Sapphire 9100

Hi I've setup a new system but I am having major trouble playing NBA Live games (2000, 2003)

This is my setup:
ECS K7S5A
Duron 900
Sapphire 9100 128MB (128-bit)
320MB sdRAM
10gig maxtor

I can only play NBA Live 2000, 2003 at the lowest setting... otherwise the game is extremely laggy to play...
I am able to play my other games like Return to Castle Wolfenstein and NHL 2003 at the highest details very smoothly.

Any thoughts?

Someone suggested me to check the AGP aperature... but I can only find 'PCI Latency Timer (32)' and 'Graphic Win Size (128M)' in the bios....
Is Graphic Win Size same as AGP Aperature?
