Problems Overclocking (Newbie)

Heya guys, due to my pc crashing earlier i had to reset my bios, and with that i lost all of my overclocking settings that i had. I though i backed them up but none of them seem to be working and was wondering if you can advise me what type of settings to try to overclock my system.

System specs :

Opteron 165
Gskill 2gb ZX
Biostar Tforce 6100 motherboard.

The bios options that i have available are as follows:

Bios Screen 1

Bios Screen 2

Bios Screen 3


Hope you can help, as at the moment im running on stock as what i thought i was running at, doesnt seem to work 🙁
