Problems overclocking a Pentium III 450 Katmai + P2-99!!! Any one can help?

I have a Pentium III 450 Katmai (is this the right way to spell it?), a MotherBoard ASUS P2-99 and a Video Card Creative Anihilator 2 MX (nVidia GeForce 2 MX).
I had noticed that my computer is not as good as it used to be few months ago. Now my friend get much better fps results in our weekly LANPARTY than me, but they all have upgraded to PIII 800 or TBird 1000. The problem is that I don't have the money for upgrading right now, so I thought about getting all the possible resource from this CPU that I have and try to hold on with this computer a little longer, also because I won't find any CPU like DURON 850 and a overclockable motherboard here in Brasil (at least not for a reasonable price). I tried already to increase the FSB from the original 100,30 MHz to 110 MHz, the clock multiplier to 5/1 and the AGP rating to 1:1 to get 110 MHz (the original is 2:3 66 MHz). But the computer showed only 496 Mhz (I expected 550 since the FSB was 110 and the multiplier was set to 5x) and it looked up few minutes after I turned it on. The heat on the i440ZX was intense. I tried to put a FAN over it but wasn't possible since the CPU is located right next to it. I working on a alcohol base cooling system, using brake fluid tubing and a aquarium water pump to solve this problem, but first I must know what are the optimal and stable settings for my computer. I had already read the article on overclocking the GeForce 2 MX and it is working fine with the cooling I applied to it. Any one got any information on this issues? Thank you for ANY information you can provide.

Questions:
1) What is a good FSB? 103MHZ? 110? 124?
2) Why the Clock Multipier did not affected the CPU clock?
3) Can I set my AGP to the same clock as the FSB, without damage to my GPU?
4) Can I set the PCI frequency to anything higher than 33?
5) Any other suggestion?

Intel Processors are multiplier locked. You CANNOT change the multiplier.

A good FSB to try on the P2-99 is 110MHz, then work your way up to the next few settings, 115, 120, 124, then see if you can reach 133MHz. There were a number of P3-450s that reached 600MHz.

DO NOT set the AGP multiplier to 1:1 when you are using 100MHz FSB or above. The AGP bus is designed to work at 66MHz. You MUST set it to 2:3 otherwise you risk damaging your motherboard and video card.

The PCI bus is designed to operate at 33MHz, along with all your other peripherals. The PCI bus speed is indicated on the table printed on the P2-99 next to each FSB. Raising the FSB too high (say 40MHz+) may permanently damage components such hard drives.
