Problems -- No Video, No Beeps

I took a CPU out of one machine to put it in another, and when I returned it this problem started. The motherboard's green LED is on, fans spin up, drives spin up, and so on, but there is no video and no error beeps. It seems this is usually to blame on incorrect jumper settings, but my board (AK31R3) has only two jumpers: Clear CMOS, and BIOS Write Protection. I've fooled around with both anyway, but no deal. Any suggestions..?

One of my rigs has the same board and the only thing I can think of is that you must have unseated something. Try reseating the CPU (again) but while yoyr at it make sure the CPU and socket are free of all dust and debris as a nearly invisble particle can be to blame. Reseat ram, vid card, PCI cards and remove the ATX power cable, and then clear the CMOS for a couple of minutes then replug the ATX cable in and try to boot up again.

I blew on the CPU's pins and the socket in as technical a way as I could muster. No change, though.

I've already dissassembled the machine. Everything's definetly seated correctly...
