Problems installing Nero Suite 6.0 Suite 3

Thanks in advance for any help. Trying to install Nero 6.0 Suite 3 on a Windows XP machine (bought from Surplus Computers). Downloaded the trial version from Nero site, and filled in the serial number. Installation fails with the message "error during installation of component 'CoverDesignerGeneral' ". Tried installating it from the CD and got the same error. There is nothing in the Nero support site, even though google search shows (www.nero.com/us/631931449921177.html ) that Nero site has info regarding this error. Clicking on the link though, takes me to the Nero Homepage and is of no use.
Help please
 
Make sure you have disables any anti-virus software whilst installing proggies.
Also, best to stop any other non-important services/progs if you still have a problem.

Also, If you still get probs, I would run MEMTEST [download it] to test your RAM
