Problems installing 3rd Hard Drive - attached to PCI card - won't recognize drive - HELP!

I have 2 drives and 2 CD drives attached to my mobo. I attached the 150 PCI card and loaded the drivers but how do i get win XP to recognize that there is a drive attached to it?
