I cant get my Hollywood Plus to work properly in new machine

Asus A7v133
Asua v7100 w/tv out
3COM 905 10/100 Network
Hollywood +
Pioneer 16x slot load (Pioneer 105), I had a 103S with which the card worked GREAT !!

Running Windows 2000 Pro

I can install the driver without a hitch. When installing software I get a "Severe" errror message "Unable to open. A driver instance may already be in use". Does anyone know how to fix it, I have been at it for about 8 hours now and the ah heck still wont work.
