I have a :shuttle ak31 rev.2
:Duron 750
:256mb Crucial pc2100
:Voodoo 5 5500
:300 watt Deer Power supply

It isn't unlocked

When I set the fsb at 116 and save the settings in the bios and reboot, it just doesn't boot up. The monitor led turns orange, the screen is black, and my mobo beeps.

I just can't seem to get it past a fsb of 115.
I know it isn't the mem because durons run on a 200fsb.
I have tried upping the voltage
I can't seem to figure it out.
Any ideas?

Durons dont run on a "200 FSB"
they run on a 100FSB, memory double data rated to 200MHZ
you are attempting to run your ddr ram at 230 effective

Edit: Noticed you run crucial 2100, which should be good to 150fps (300 DDR). Just got my AK31-2 board, havent had a chance to set it up, but noticed in manual (pge 73) Min= Max=, have you set those limits?

Woah, 1115 FSB is pretty steep. Maybe you should up the cpu and ddr voltage?
