Problems burning DvD-R has anyone used these together?

Got these here and am burning with the TDL dual format burner. There is a note at the bottom of the page now that says that these are NOT recommended for TDK burners. I am interested to see if anyone ahs doneit though. Here are the dvd-r's I am talking about:

I *THINK* what they are trying to say is that these discs will not reliably burn 4X on Sony,TDK, and NEC Drives
