Problems burning a DVD (4.5GB limit?)

I just got a Pioneer DVR-104 and, using Nero and a Fujifilm 4.7GB DVD, I can't seem to burn more than 4.5GB on one DVD.

Can someone please tell me why, and/or suggest a fix?

To be more specific, when I click medium info it shows that the disc has 4,489 MB available.

Nevermind, just found that 4.7GB meant 4.7 billion bytes, and not what is normally meant when someone says 4.7GB.
