Problems booting with new hard drive?

Alright, so I had 4 hard drives. 1 SSD, 3 HDD. I just bought a 3TB drive so I don't have to have 4 drives in the bay. So I moved everything to the new drive. Now it won't boot without one of the hard drives (Not the boot drive, where the OS is installed on the SSD).

Anyone know what could be wrong?

I don't know if this helps

You could reinstall windows, or just fixmbr / fixboot if you have a 'repair cd', since you can't boot off the HD.

Come to think of it, you should be able to do a repair install as well, (not the full install).
