Problems booting new PC getting DISK BOOT FAILURE

Ok I just got a new pc, Here is the setup I have everything setup and went to boot, and got to the bios everything worked. I then tried to boot off an OpenSUSE 10.2 disc and get all kinds of errors.

PXE-E61: Media test failure, check cable
PXE-M0F: Exiting NVIDIA Boot Agent
DISC BOOT FAILURE, INSERT SYSTEM DISK AND PRESS ENTER

Also I have the LCD plugged into my video card because the motherboard doesnt have onboard video.

check in the bios and see that the disk with Grub, probably the drive with SuSe installed, is still set first. In my bios, there is two places next to each other, where in one you select the HD to boot from, and another where you select the sequence of boot. I have found that if the boot drive becomes disconnected, that the bios automatically switches to another HD on it's own. Of course, be sure that the connections to the HD are good also.

I only have one HDD installed at the moment, but I also tried a Windows XP MCE disc and a Vista disc and they both get the same thing. I called support for the motherboard and they told me to download the new bios and I am guessing it is THIS but they told me to put it on a floppy drive and install it on my mobo but the file itself is like 22MBs and I am pretty sure a floppy cant hold that much so what am I suppose to do. I called back the guy that I talked to but he had already left so I am waiting on them to call me back
