okay guys I'm still having a huge problem. For some reason now my system is unstable at OEM settings, nothing overclocked. The system was running more stable overclocked than it was with stock settings. I tried Memtest, I ran it for 9.5 hours without any errors. Then I ran Prime95 and within 5 minutes I get an error. Only thing is, I have no idea where the problem is coming from... When my computer crashes usually I get BSOD's, if I'm playing Counter Strike sometimes the program just closes unexpectedly, and sometimes my computer just restarts on its own. It never crashes the same way all the time. So I am having a hard time discovering what the problem is. Could it be the motherboard itself? By the way I am running 1.41modded BIOS.

The error I got in Prime was "Rounding was 16, expected less than 0.4"

I get this error right after Test 2 when loading Prime. So I guess it keeps failing Test 3.

I have no clue what that means.

My setup is:
AMD 64 3000+ Winchester
MSI K8N Neo 2 Platnium
Coolermaster Real Power 450W PSUI
PQI Turbo PC32000 1GB Dual Channel Kit (Samsung TCCD/Braindpower PCB)
74GB Raptor
BFG 6800 GT
SB Live Audigy 2 Platinum
NEC 3500A DVDRW

guess my problem isn't important enough for an answer.

Oh well, I got tired of waiting for an answer, and I ordered some new memory, and RMA'ed the memory I currently have. I got Corsair XMS TWINX1024-3200XLPT (2-2-2-5) this time...

The old Corsair I had on this board, which was 2700 was working fine before I got this new PQI turbo memory. So i really hope the memory is the issue hear, and everything is fixed with this new ram. I had to pay a $36 restocking fee, and if this doesnt solve the problem im gonna be pissed.

you need to provide some detail as to your bios settings..

Oh..I was running the 1.41mod bios and dumped it...I had run Prime95 stable for 7 hrs at 2550..then forgetting I changed my bios..I was tinkering and tried to rerun prime95 and 10x255 was crashing like crazy....after a few minutes...

I went back to 1.36b(my orginial o/ced bios) boom..Prime95 10x255 at 10hrs when i stopped it

I think any modded bios is a risk...the beta are from MSI

So I will only use a MSI beta official (so to speak) or official MSI bios

Also just so you know..the 1.36b and 1.37b are actual before the Official 1.3 bios....1.4 bios is latest...

I would flash either to 1.3 or I really like 1.36b..but I never overclocked with my stock 1.3 bios..which I should have tried first...I thought when i flashed 1.36b was after 1.3...but the test some 1.3 bioses as beta...then made a final 1.3
