I've been having significant problems with Intuit, both with Quicken 2004 having significant bugs that their tech support can't resolve, and with getting orders filled for TurboTax Itsdeductible 2003. When I speak with people at Intuit, there is no service attitude at all to get these issues resolved, and no one has any answers.

Any one else had similar experiences or have advice??

From what I hear, Intuit is well-known for poor customer service. They have huge market share with each of their Quicken, QuickBooks and TurboTax products, and my guess is they have concluded that poor service has not hurt them, so why spend more money on it.

So is the only solution to move to Microsoft? I feel like I'm choosing between the lesser of two evils instead of the best product!

There are other tax softwares besides TurboTax.

And MS DOES have good support. THey may be evil, but they are an example of good capitalism, and they stand behind their products fully. Be it MS Mice or Exchange, they'll give you full support...

Try TaxAct.com for tax packages.

And moving to MS Money won't help any, it also has many bugs, most of which are fatal to your money file, even your backup file. Believe me, after 7 years of Money I finally had enough. I do it all by freehand now.
