Problems AMD X2 DUAL CORE WITH WARCRAFT 3?

does anybody had performance problems with amd 64 x2 processors playing warcraft 3?

i know people have had problems with some games .. but i think the AMD X2 driver has solved the problem or atleast helped, i think you can download this from the official AMD website .. as i do not have an X2 (3800+) yet i can not talk from experience although others on here can.

Pick the flavour you prefer XP/Win2003 or XP-64 Bit.

If you are running Win2000, I'm not sure where you would get your driver.

I had a problem under win2k without setting affinity. Then I had a problem and had to re-format. Now no problem now, even without setting affinity ! And I had changed the processot to multi-processor PC.

the date by it says May 2005 wouldnt the cpu already have that(Manchester x2-3800) driver?

No, you need to install it probably if you don't have it. You can try without it, and it may work , especially if you did a scratch install.

I think that reinstalling the video card drivers will help.
