problems after updating to new Nvidia ref drivers

I have a Geforce2 GTS and I just updated my drivers. I went from reference driver 28.32 to 30.82 and now i get an error just after Windows boots. Its says "Error in Nvqtwk" and "Missing Entry: NvCplDaemon".
I removed my video card from Windows and then let Windows redetect it. After Windows installed its drivers I installed Nvidia reference drivers 30.82 yet again. I still got the same error. The error doesn't seem to effect anything. My PC runs fine, I can still game, or do anything else for that matter. Even though it doesn't seem to be effecting anything I still want to fix it, but I am not sure of what to do next. Any ideas?

thanks
