Question Problems after last w11 update!

last morning everythimng was okay until I
use windows update. I updated and I started hear nothing from videos,games etc.
speaker stopped working.
Ive tried update drivers,but didnt help.
I did reset my laptop and installed windows again.
Now it works but whenever I update anything from windows update, I see the blue screen error code 0x000000d.
what do I do? Help me please.
