Problems adding a XP networked printer!

I have a Vista Ultimate X64 HP notebook. I am dying to get this to work.

My current setup has all my printers connected to my desktop which uses Windows XP.

This is the error message I keep getting when I am trying to add it on my Vista Notebook.

[Window Title]
Connect to Printer

[Main Instruction]
Windows cannot connect to the printer. The server print spooler service is not running. Please restart the spooler on the server or restart the server machine.
